Helping Cat Critters Find Their Fur-ever Home

Thank you for viewing our website! Cats In Need Whittier PetSmart is located inside PetSmart Whittier, and adoption hours are Sat & Sun 1-5 PM.
We have a wonderful group of volunteers who work tirelessly to help these kitties get adopted, whether it be fostering, manning the adoption weekends, running errands, or working behind the scenes, it’s never enough to say “we need you!” Please consider volunteering: we need fosters, volunteers to clean the adoption center, feed and socialize with the kitties, work on grants/donations, food or supply donations, or helping during the adoption events.
Each kitty has his/her own personality but will come with up-to-date vaccinations, microchipped, spayed or neutered. Nail trimming is free.
Adoption fees are to cover basic care, food, spay/neutering, vaccinations, FeLV/FIV Testing, Microchipping, and vet care cost. Potential adopters are to complete an adoption form and we will determine if you and your desired cat are a good match.

A kitty caught your eye? The best way to figure out if you are his/her person, is to come down to the center and interact with your furever friend. It’s best to make arrangements ahead of time as the area can get crowded with potential adopters.
