Cats In Need of Human Care is an organization of volunteers who co-operate with one another and the community to find good, loving homes for homeless pets, promote spay/neuter and responsible ownership. Donations to Cats In Need Whittier, as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, are 100% tax-deductible.
